He holds a master's dgree in building construction from Auburn University, a professional quantity surveying diploma from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, a project management professional certificate from the Project Management Institute, a gold seal certificate in estimating from the Canadian Construction Association, a competent communicator certificate from Toastmaster International, and a LEED accredited professional certificate from the Green Building Certification Institute. Adam has enjoyed a successful career estimating projects of varied sizes, ranging from large-scale cost planning to detailed trade take-off. Having bid countless construction projects, he developed a unique and easy-to-understand estimating approach.
