Abdelfattah JamalAbdelfattah Jamal is an Associate Professor with Habilitation in Management Sciences at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences, University Cadi Ayyad Marrakech, Morocco. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from Sidi Mohammed Ben bdellah University Fez and a Habilitation to Direct Research. His research focuses on organizational change management, managerial and social innovation, agility and resilience, digital transformation, and the integration of artificial intelligence in HR management and marketing. A permanent researcher at the Laboratory of New Management Practices (NPG) at Cadi Ayyad University, he supervises doctoral theses on digital transformation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and AI. He actively participates in national and international conferences on digital-era management. Author of scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, he is a member of several scientific committees of academic journals and professional associations.
