Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management from IIT Kharagpur and Ph.D. in Strategic Management fro I.I.T. Delhi. He has about 40 years of teaching/research and administrative experience of educational institutes. He has published more than 120 research papers and produced 10 Ph. D.
