About the Book
What if the missing prescription for better health isn't another pill-but rhythm?
The body does not function randomly. It functions rhythmically. Every cell, every organ, and every biological system follows patterns that influence how we sleep, eat, move, heal, and age. When those rhythms become disrupted, health begins to suffer.
In Mirror Rhythm(TM), Dr. Sandra McKenzie introduces a new perspective on disease prevention-one that brings together modern science, lifestyle medicine, and nervous system regulation through the power of rhythm.
In Part I, you'll discover how rhythm influences major systems throughout the body and why timing, consistency, and regulation are essential to long-term health. In Part II, you'll learn how to apply the Mirror Rhythm(TM) philosophy through structured daily practices designed to restore balance, improve self-awareness, and create sustainable lifestyle change.
Whether you're seeking to improve your own health or deepen your understanding of preventive medicine, Mirror Rhythm(TM) offers a practical, evidence-informed framework for bringing rhythm back into everyday life.
The future of prevention isn't just about what you do-it's about the rhythm with which you do it.
