About the Book

A sweeping account of the AI-Industrial Revolution, documenting the emergence of a new industrial ecosystem that is reshaping technology, manufacturing, energy, and the future of human civilization.

Artificial intelligence is often portrayed as software running invisibly in the cloud. In reality, it is driving one of the largest industrial expansions in modern history. Hundreds of billions of dollars are flowing into new factories, computing infrastructure, electric power systems, advanced manufacturing, and supply chains that together form the physical foundation of the AI age.

You stop for enchiladas and discover the AI age has moved in across the parking lot.

Across from a Texas taqueria, an ASML building appears almost overnight. Nearby, Samsung builds an advanced semiconductor fab, Tesla expands AI-driven manufacturing, SpaceX scales Starlink and begins Gigasat production, while gigawatt AI datacenters rise across the region. All inside the Austin metro. This isn't coincidence. It's convergence.

Inside the Singularity argues that these are not isolated projects but parts of a single emerging industrial ecosystem. Drawing together facilities that are usually covered separately, it reveals the feedback loops connecting semiconductor fabrication, AI infrastructure, electric power, water, logistics, workforce development, capital investment, and advanced manufacturing into a coherent system.

Written by electrical engineer Daniel M. Sisson from within the Austin technology corridor, the book combines firsthand observation with systems-level analysis to explain why the Texas Triangle has become one of the world's most important epicenters for the AI era. Maps, industrial profiles, local analysis, and original research trace the geography of this convergence from individual facilities to regional supernodes and statewide industrial corridors.

The implications extend far beyond Texas. The same AI-industrial capabilities now transforming one geography will shape national competitiveness, economic growth, autonomous manufacturing, space infrastructure, and eventually humanity's expansion beyond Earth. Inside the Singularity is both a snapshot of an extraordinary moment in history and a framework for understanding where the next industrial century is being built.

The singularity is not a future event. It is a place-and it has begun.
