The Problem Re-Solving Solution: Transform Life's Problems Into Clarity, Balance, & Momentum introduces a practical framework for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or caught repeatedly facing the same problems.
Rather than focusing on motivation alone, author Michael Alcantara introduces the Problem Re-Solving System (PRS), a structured approach for recognizing recurring patterns, gaining clarity, making intentional decisions, taking action, learning from results, and adjusting as circumstances change.
At the heart of PRS is a simple idea: solving an immediate problem may stop today's pain without addressing why the problem continues to return. Re-Solving encourages readers to look beyond symptoms, recognize their own patterns of response, and approach recurring problems with greater awareness and intention.
Readers are introduced to four situational Behavioral Quadrants-the Fearful Avoider, Reflective Thinker, Impulsive Actor, and Balanced Achiever-which provide a practical way to examine the balance between reflection and action.
Drawing from Alcantara's experiences in military service, cybersecurity, leadership, family life, personal setbacks, and major change, the book combines personal narrative with structured frameworks, exercises, decision-making tools, chapter applications, and a daily worksheet.
Designed for readers navigating personal or professional challenges, The Problem Re-Solving Solution offers a repeatable approach to understanding what is happening, determining what matters, choosing a direction, taking the next intentional step, and recalibrating based on what happens next.
The goal isn't a life without problems.
It's becoming better equipped to navigate them with clarity, balance, and momentum.
