What can I say, this book was absolutely amazing.
Charlie's life was turned on its head when she was hurt on duty, leading her to a broken marriage, a lost job, and a tarnished reputation. You feel everything she is feeling as you read this book. You can feel the betrayal she feels, the frustration, the lust. It is so good, it sucks you right in.
I love finding and unexpected 5* book. and I will be picking up Madison Chase books from here on. This was absolutely a delight.
