Review :
"This book is a must read! Kevin shares real-life stories that not only inspire but also give us the practical tools and frameworks necessary to truly succeed in both life and business." -Brandon Schaefer, author of Build a Better Life, founder of Five Capitals and Legacy Stone "We all have experiences in life that either work or don't work. Taking time to reflect on these experiences is the best way for us to learn-except when someone like Kevin Rains reflects on his experiences, saving us a lot of time and heartache. Kevin offers a wealth of knowledge to help us make better choices. This book is genius!" -Mary Miller, author of Changing Directions, CEO and owner of JANCOA "Kevin has inspired so many business leaders with his relentless pursuit of purpose and meaning in all aspects of his life. This book will show you how to lead so your business, employees, and you can thrive. Kevin teaches you how to build an amazing company without losing yourself in the process. And he shows you how to stay connected to the sacred purpose of your work." -James Lenhoff, author of Living a Rich Life, podcaster, and cofounder of Wealthquest "Profits and Purpose nails the essence of leadership in just fifteen words: 'Leaders make people happy or drive them to perform. Those who can do both, win.' Kevin Rains found a way to win as he scaled his business over 40X in eighteen years and candidly takes us behind the scenes to learn from the journey. I felt inspired by his honesty, grateful for his vulnerability in sharing his biggest mistakes, and better equipped as he broke down the process he synthesized along the way. If you want to lead a profitable company, deeply care about the impact your business exerts on your employees and customers, and highly value leaving a legacy that outlives you, buy this book today." -Tom Blaylock, co-author of Marriage on Mission, executive leadership coach, and director of training at Legacy Stone
