Do you wake up tense, grab your phone, and suddenly the day is running you?
STACKED is a short, practical habit manual built for real life, not perfect life. It gives you a simple morning routine you can start immediately, even if you feel stressed, anxious, or stuck.
"Accessible. Honest. Personal. Immediately usable. I can feel the author's lived experience behind the words. No ego, no fluff, this morning stack is rock solid." -Gary Moon, Olympia, WA
Author Rick Culleton isn't a therapist or a neuroscientist. He's a guy who built a multimillion-dollar business, bought the Lamborghini, and was still miserable. After years of chasing the wrong things, he discovered a path to happiness that actually works. Five simple habits. Every morning. Before you touch your phone.
The Morning Stack:
- Techno fasting - protect your morning before the world hijacks it
- Morning sunlight - reset your body clock and lift your mood
- Breathing and relaxation - activate calm and get grounded
- Exercise - simple movement that fits your level and life
- Journaling - set intentions, clear mental clutter, and break negative loops
Each habit is grounded in the author's hard-won experience and supported with plain-English science you can skip if you just want the steps.
STACKED was designed to be used. Compact format. Short sections. Easy to return to.
Think of it as your happiness manual - one you'll actually reach for.
If you want less anxiety, more calm, and mornings that feel like yours again, start here.
