His career has been shaped by family-owned companies, from tens of millions to hundreds of millions in revenue. Along the way, John was inspired by visionary leaders who prioritized client-centric strategies and drove exceptional growth in revenue and profit.
In 2023, John founded UVPsolutions, a consultancy dedicated to helping small- and medium-sized businesses create compelling, unique value propositions and build growth-enabled organizations.
