About the Book

What if the biggest thing holding you back is something you don't even realize is there? Trauma and subconscious beliefs silently shape your life. Ready to explore the roots of your struggles? Sing Your Song offers powerful tools and heartfelt guidance on your journey of self-discovery, emotional healing, and overcoming limiting beliefs. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by patterns you can't seem to break, this book is for you. Blending self-help with memoir, it offers not just strategies for healing but also a deeply personal glimpse into the author's own journey of transformation. It's for anyone ready to uncover hidden barriers, heal deep wounds, and step into the life they've always wanted. Trauma and limiting beliefs buried in your subconscious mind can control your life without you even knowing it. Hazel L. Woods learned this the hard way. At twelve, she faced her first depression; at thirteen, her traumatized mother left home. Plagued by anxiety, loneliness, and lack of purpose, Hazel embarked on a life quest for healing. Facing the many challenges of growing up in a broken home, she loses hope and her sense of self-until she finds the courage to follow her heart where it wanted to lead her all along. At age 26, with barely any formal musical education, she takes the leap of a lifetime by enrolling in the conservatoire to chase her dreams. Hazel shares her story as a mirror to yours-inviting you to see yourself, your struggles, and your potential reflected on every page. Through her candid memoir and practical guidance, this book reveals how to identify and heal harmful core beliefs, replacing them with empowering ones that support your growth and journey. Packed with relatable experiences, powerful insights, and practical tools, Sing Your Song invites you to uncover your hidden strengths and learn how to use them to build a life filled with purpose and joy. You'll follow a step-by-step process that blends emotional healing with self-discovery. First, you'll unmask the subconscious beliefs and explore the roots of your struggles through real-life examples and thought-provoking questions. Then, you'll be guided to uncover the talents and treasures that have been hidden inside you all along. By the end, you'll have the tools to heal, grow, and transform your life. Life's greatest journey is the one that brings you back to yourself. Take the first step today.

About the Author :
Hazel is a Belgian author whose life revolves around healing, music, and nature. At thirteen, in the midst of a dark period, she discovered a songwriter hidden within. She's been writing music ever since. A sensitive truth seeker with a bumpy life path, Hazel explored countless healing methods, uncovering the endless chalice of self-love inside her. Her deep dive into trauma, the subconscious mind, and alternative healing led to the creation of the Sing Your Song Strategy. In 2020, during a shamanic trance journey, she received a powerful message: "Write your book, for all the lost children of this world." This became the catalyst for Sing Your Song - A Healing Journey from Trauma to Self-Love, where she weaves personal experience with insights and tools to help readers break free from limiting beliefs and reconnect with their inner strength. Under "HazelsSong" on social media and through her online courses, she shares her discoveries and teachings to support those on a healing journey.

Review :
"Wow! What an amazing book! Pure and raw, sometimes deeply painful (yes, I cried a few times). Hazel manages to tell a profound and painfully honest story, while at the same time offering hope and strength. It is so important to make the taboo that still exists around mental health issues and their consequences discussable! This book contributes to that in a beautiful way. Highly recommended!" -Karolien Noël-Dero "It's rare to find the blend of passion and compassion that Hazel shows in this book. It made the read feel like a journey with a very dear friend you cheer for, laugh with, and occasionally, cry with too." -Ella Moore, author & editor "From my own experience with mental struggles, I found Hazel's words deeply relatable. With an ever-so-understanding quality that puts things into perspective, yet calls them by name. Her stories immediately reminded me of Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés-powerful writing!" -Francine De Schepper "Most books in this category lack clear, practical tools-but not this one. I appreciated the very specific and actionable advice throughout. What I found most valuable were the super powerful questions at the end of each chapter. They allow the reader to come to their own conclusions, map out, and confidently follow their own path in life." -Lieven Schepers "What inspired me most is the insight that true healing comes from combining work on the subconscious level-because talking alone rarely brings lasting change-with finding and following your passion in life. Integrating these two into your life will certainly help turn it around for the better!" -A. Wouters "The Sing Your Song Strategy makes perfect sense! I could feel the effect while reading it." -Daniel Haepers "This book gives us insight into dealing with the cracks-or large tears-in our souls. Healing old hurt is possible! Hazel shows how." -Erwin Tielemans, author & trainer in Connecting Communication
