About the Book

She's an overwhelmed new mom, and he's the sexy single neighbor who lends a hand. At nineteen, Willa Hawthorne had ambitions, a determination in her heart, and plans for the future. All of which vanished the moment she saw two pink lines. College parties and independence are replaced with late-night feedings and howling cries. As a single mom in a town that isn't her home, she's hanging by a thread. When her newborn's rare moment of sleep is interrupted by her noisy neighbor, the thread snaps. Rebuilding his life after his marriage left him in shambles, Archer Thomas isn't expecting his new neighbor to have a breakdown at his front door. The last thing he needs is to become involved, but Archer can't help stepping in when the struggling young woman's daughter steals his heart. Willa isn't one to ask for help, but when life flips the script, sometimes accepting the hand of the gorgeous single dad next door is the only answer. Contains mature themes.

About the Author :
Mindy Michele (aka Mindy Hayes and Michele G. Miller) is the cowriting duo of sweet romances with low to medium heat, such as the Paper Planes series, the Seaside Pointe novels, and The Archer and His Rosebud. Writing obsessed since childhood, Michele G. Miller once failed seventh-grade math in pursuit of the perfect teen drama plot (anything for her craft!). These days she fails at housework, cooking, and getting to the school pick-up line on time in pursuit of the perfect plot. Michele writes novels with fairy-tale love for everyday life. Romance is central to her plots, where the genres range from coming of age fantasy and realistic fiction to new adult romantic suspense. Among other titles, she is the author of the bestselling From The Wreckage series, the Prophecy of Tyalbrook series, a Havenwood Falls author, and cowrites sweet romances with author Mindy Hayes under the pen Mindy Michele. Having grown up in both the cold, quiet town of Topsham, Maine, and the steamy, southern hospitality of Mobile, Alabama, Michele is something of an enigma. She is an avid Yankees fan, loves New England, being outdoors, and misses snow. However, she thinks southern boys are hotter, Alabama football is the only REAL football out there, and sweet tea is the best thing this side of heaven and her children's laughter! Her amazing husband and three awesome kids have planted their roots in the middle of Michele's two childhood homes in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mindy Hayes is the youngest of six children and grew up in San Diego, California. After graduating from Brigham Young University-Idaho, she discovered her passion for reading and writing. Mindy lives in Utah with her husband and beautiful baby girl. She is the author of If We Disappear Here, Stain, the Faylinn novels, the Willowhaven series, and The Day That Saved Us. Mindy is also the coauthor of The Archer and His Rosebud, the Paper Planes series, the Backroads Duet, and the Seaside Pointe series which was cowritten with Michele G. Miller as Mindy Michele. Ash Beverly is known for his velvety, smooth baritone voice. Having recorded dozens of romance novels over the years, Ash's work has received acclaim from fans worldwide. Growing up in Southern California, with family roots in Texas, Ash has been cited as having a "Blue Collar feel" to his cadence and tone. The loyal fans of the romance community have been very kind and generous to Ash over the years. And he plans to continue narrating novels for the wonderful romance world until the day he dies. Classically trained and full of character, Ellie Gossage is an actor turned narrator with a passion for bringing stories to life. Born in Colorado but current (New York) city girl, Ellie has traveled the country, working in different regional theaters and honing her craft. Her varied experiences lend her voice a bright, textured, and classic sound that is uniquely her own.
