About the Author :
Fabio Petroni is a photographer who works with advertising agencies and has created numerous campaigns for prestigious internationally known companies. His books include Cocktails, Tea Sommelier, Beer Sommelier, Why We Love Beer, and Wine Sommelier, as well as many titles on plants and animals. Pietro Fontana is a beer entrepreneur who founded the renowned microbrewery Piccolo Opificio Brassicolo Carrobiolo. Inspired to make beer after playing a game of D&D as a boy, he put his research to the test in making different flavors, which won him fourth place at a Birrificio Italiano competition. He saw how beer was starting to suffer in quality due to commercialization, allowing Fontana to focus on providing quality creations for local pubs and residents. As of today, Fontana distributes twenty different types of beer from his microbrewery's headquarters in Monza, Italy. Giovanni Ruggieri graduated with honors in economics from the University of Palermo with the thesis economic impact of tourism in Sicily. He achieved the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in tourism sciences at the University of Palermo. He is researcher and adjunct professor of applied economics at the University of Palermo, visiting professor at Malaga University, lecturer in Wien, Leads, Pecs and cooperates with the master's degree in hospitality and beverage in collaboration with the Florida University. He is the author of several articles on tourism published in international scientific journals and concerning the economic impact issues, the birth and development of tourist destinations, and the growth of tourism economies in the island territories. He is President of the Observatory on Tourism for Islands Economy (OTIE), of which also he chairs the scientific committee made up of professors and international experts. Jonathan Yen was inspired by the Golden Age of Radio, and while the gold was gone by the time he got there, he's carried that inspiration through to commercial work, voice acting, and stage productions. His "versatile baritone" and "distinct and perceptive role-playing" make for "a striking marriage of performance and storytelling." From vintage Howard Fast science fiction to naturalist Paul Rosolie's true adventures in the Amazon, Jonathan loves to tell a good story.
