Timothy Mann grew up in Western North Carolina and became a follower of Jesus as a teenager. While serving in the U.S. Army, he responded to God's call on his life to preach the Gospel and left the military to begin pastoring a local church.
Pastor Tim is the founding pastor of Providence Church in Ormond Beach, Florida, and has pastored churches in Missouri, North Carolina, and Florida. He attended Southwest Baptist University, Luther Rice Seminary, and Anderson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion, a Master of Arts in Christian Studies, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Biblical Preaching. The core of Dr. Mann's ministry is centered on being used by God to help others become committed and mature followers of Jesus. Dr. Mann and his wife, Patty, have been married for over 38 years, and they have two adult children and one grandson.
