Stacy McAnulty owns approximately nine pints of blood and is the author of many best-loved books, including Brains! Not Just a Zombie Snack, illustrated by Matthew Rivera; the Our universe series, illustrated by David Litchfield and Stevie Lewis; and her debut nonfiction book for middle grade readers, Save the People! Halting Human Extinction. She lives in North Carolina with her three kids, three dogs, and one husband.
Shawna J. C. Tenney wonders if having type A+ blood helps her to make A+ artwork (hey, it's possible! Okay, probably not).
