About the Author :
Denis M. Baker, born in Eunice, Louisiana, is a committed safety professional with roots in the Texas Prison system working as a correctional officer and later a Texas Prison Safety Officer. After earning a bachelor's degree in fire protection and safety engineering technology from Oklahoma State University, he dedicated his career to ensuring people's safety. Recognizing the importance of effective leadership, he became a Certified Leader Coach, Trainer, and Keynote Speaker with the Maxwell Leadership Group. He also serves as a Corporate Facilitator and Executive Club member for the same group. Additionally, he is a certified Behavioral Consultant through the D.I.S.C. Personal Assessment group. Now residing in New York, Denis often travels to Europe to visit his family.
