About the Book

While America Slept - Based on the notes, letters and Journal of Col. Morris ---I came crashing through the door in hopes of finding shelter from a massive storm. The rain came down in buckets, I was drenched. I fumbled for my office key in the dinge of the hallway. Making my way inside the lights flickered and then faded away. I hate these storms; Northeastern I believe they are called. I found my desk, pulled open the second drawer and found the flashlight I'd placed there upon my arrival. I click on the flashlight and cast the welcoming beam around the room. On my desk I notice a few folders. I open the first "TOP SECRET". I stood, shocked, this wasn't possible. How and who would place a file openly on my desk? I began to read: Islam has destroyed Europe and destroyed its history and culture and if we let it, Islam will take over the United States. The war has already begun, look around you, Islamist are already demanding rights and privileges they have not earned, they are depleting our social system, demanding financial assistance in programs they never paid into, demanding bilingual classes, bi-cultural teaching, prayer time and demand their culture be respected in public schools. These are rights they have not earned, they are not Americans, they pay no taxes, someone might remind them this is not their country and if they are unhappy with the United States, perhaps they should go back to where they came from and complain, oops, that's right they can't, they'd be killed in their own country, therefore they come to ours. As a nation we have enjoy the separate on of Church and State but with Islam there is no separation and you do or die, that is a fact; that is what's happened for hundreds even thousands of years in Iran, Iraq and most all other Muslim nations that's why they have fled to the United States. These are not the musings of a deranged hate monger, these are the facts, this is what I saw, this is my life story. These are the events as I lived them, as they were coldly reported and published around the world, America wakeup, Islam is at your door and it doesn't bring peace. Instead, what you will find is war, murder, honor killings, the subjugation of women and the slaughter of the innocent. Islam by its own actions, is nothing more than a murderous cult spreading hate and murder wherever it lands. Europe has felt the sting of Islam, it has seen the destruction of its cities and social structure at the hand of Islamist, America is next. Suddenly I felt a gun in my back. "One last chance and we're going to kill you, who is Stephen Bryen and where is he?" asked the person behind me. I struggle for a reply, I didn't know this guy, should I make something up, or did it really matter, they would kill me anyway. I opted for the truth, "I haven't been here long, I grew up partly in Germany and I have only been in DC for a few months, I don't know Stephen Bryen." They started to beat me up when one of the guys pushed my attackers off me "don't, it's not him". One of the men hit me with something, the next thing I remember I was waking up in a building at Ft. Myer, Alan was there, he brought me coffee. You OK, he asked. No, fuck no, why did you guys beat me up I asked in the harshest voice I could muster. It wasn't me, we had nothing to do with this he stated matter of fact. "You will need to give us a report, in detail. Alan, just who are you, the first time I ever saw you was at the guard station, then at a meeting, are you military or what? He turned, put down the coffee and walked out of the room."
