About the Author :
Amiya Bhaumik is the Founder President of Lincoln University College and is purely from the field of education. He is an Executive Vice President of the International Education Consulting Group, St. Louis, USA since 1999. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik was Research Fellow of UNESCO, Paris during this tenure, Dr. Bhaumik has traveled extensively to Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. He has served as professor of Business Administration in University of Lucknow, India and in University of Malaya and many other countries.

Sandeep Poddar, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation), Member of Board of Studies, Lincoln University College, Malaysia, has been graduated from University of Calcutta in 1993 with Honours in Zoology, he has obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health 1995, Master of Science in Zoology with specialization in Biochemical Genetics from Dayalbagh Educational Institute 1998 with distinction. He has completed PhD in Zoology from Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences on Cytotoxicity in 2004. After completing PhD he pursued Post Doctoral Research in different projects on Hemoglobinopathies and Oral Cancer mutation. He has published several research papers, filed patent and organized international conferences, and also edited books in Malaysia, Australia and India. Dr Sandeep is Fellow member of Indian Academic Research Association, and World Researchers Associations and Life members of Different associations including Indian Science Congress Association. Dr Sandeep is founder Assistant Secretary of Dr Tarak Nath Podder Memorial Foundation, Kolkata, India.

Dr Manish Dadhich is Ph.D. from the Department of Commerce, EAFM, University of Rajasthan, M. Com, UGC-NET (Commerce); MBA-FM, UGC-NET (Management), RPSC- SET (Management). He has 13+ years of teaching experience in various colleges, universities, and corporate sectors, a rare blend of academia, industry, corporate consultancy, and research. He is presently working as Assistant Professor in School of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur. He has published more than 62 research papers in reputed international & national journals, including 18 papers in Scopus/SCI/IEEE/WoS/ABDC. He also presented more than 52 research papers at national and international conferences. He is a reviewer, advisor, and editorial board member of various reputed International Journals and Conferences of IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier. He was awarded two gold medals in National Seminar for the best research paper. He authored one textbook and an edited book. He is a regular invitee for FDP, research workshops, orientation, and refresher course lectures. He is also awarded one Australian patent.
