Shams Al Ajrawi earned her Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of San Diego and San Diego State University (JDP), San Diego in March 2021, after receiving her M.S. from the New York Institute Technology University in 2009. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2005 from the University of Technology. She had full Fellowship (SDSU/UCSD/NSF) in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering, in 2016 for five years. She has been an editor and reviewer at many IEEE Transaction journals and she has published many research papers in BCI field. Her research interest lies in Brain Computer Interface Application includes Wireless Network Communication, Artificial Intelligent, Advanced Signal Processing, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity. Dr. Al Ajrawi holds many teaching positions over the last 15 years, from being lead and core faculty at Coleman university and an adjunct faculty at San Diego State university, University of California San Diego, University of San Diego, University of North Texas, CMU, MiraCosta college, Grossmont, and Miramar college. Dr. Charity Jennings is the Director of Curriculum & Learning Strategy at Wiley Edge, an emerging talent and reskill provider, where she designs educational technology and learning strategies to support learner job placements with corporate clients. She also serves as the Assistant Chief Academic Officer for Center Education Group, which runs two institutions of higher education that offer degree and diploma programs in the health professions. She is a Senior Associate Faculty at University of Phoenix and previously served as a Program Director for the Center for Allied Health Education in Brooklyn, NY and in a variety of full-time University of Phoenix academic affairs leadership positions in accreditation, academic technology, curriculum development and program implementation. Prior to her roles in higher education, Dr. Jennings was an elementary classroom teacher and a director of a supplemental education provider. She resides in the Phoenix, AZ area. Paul Menefee is a successful technology leader with 25 years experience and a passion for solving customer challenges. Proven ability to quickly understand and align products, technology and market research. Wathiq Mansoor is an esteemed Professor at the University of Dubai, renowned for his extensive academic leadership experience in esteemed universities worldwide. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Aston University in the UK, where his research focused on the design and implementation of multiprocessor systems and communication protocols for computer vision applications. With a strong foundation in Computer Engineering, Dr. Mansoor's current research interests lie in the domains of Artificial Intelligence, intelligent systems, and security. He leverages his expertise in neural networks and deep learning models to develop innovative solutions for various applications. Dr. Mansoor's contributions to the field of Computer Science and Engineering are widely recognized, evident in his impressive publication record comprising over 200 journal and conference papers. In recent years, his work has particularly emphasized the advancements and applications of Artificial Intelligence. He consistently strives to push the boundaries of knowledge and promote cutting-edge research in this rapidly evolving field. Apart from his scholarly pursuits, Dr. Mansoor is an accomplished organizer of international and national conferences and workshops. His ability to bring together experts and researchers from diverse backgrounds demonstrates his commitment to fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the academic community. Furthermore, Dr. Mansoor actively engages in mentoring and supervising the next generation of computer engineers and innovators. Mansoor Ahmed Alaali became President of Ahlia University in 2015. He joined Ahlia University in 2009 after 20 years at the University of Bahrain. Prof. Mansoor held many academic and industrial senior positions over the last thirty years. Professor Mansoor’s research interest is in applied computer science, data mining, algorithm, Artificial Intelligence and Ethics. Graduating from the University of Teesside (UK), he gained his Master of Science and PhD at the University of Aston in Birmingham (UK). A member of several academic and professional bodies. An editor and reviewer of international refereed journals, Professor Mansoor has written several books and numerous journal and conference articles; delivered keynote speeches; and is a committee member of local, regional and international conferences. Professor Mansoor was a member of Bahrain National Qualification Framework’s Verification Committee; previous roles include external consultant for international off-campus programmes of the University of Greenwich (UK) and the University of Sunderland (UK); and IT strategy and training Adviser to Bahrain’s Minister of Labour and Social Affairs.
