About the Book

Stress is the number one killer of humans. It damages our physical bodies and our emotional well being, and most of us feel almost powerless to conquer it. The Tao of Maybe is a plan to undo the stress program running our brains by applying the science of neuroplasticity to the ancient wisdom of letting go of attachment to outcome. Tao /dou/ [Considered untranslatable, the exact meaning of "tao" remains elusive]. noun - the way; the path; both yin and yang, light and dark; in harmony with the natural order; the absolute principle underlying the universe; the flow of life. Maybe /mābē/ adverb- possibly, perhaps A path to possibility, this book offers easy, tangible exercises to help achieve contentment in your modern life full of everyday stressors. If quantum theory posits that all possibilities exist in all time, then why not choose the happy ones. Be curious.
