I wrote this workbook to help others find what I once thought I had lost - purpose, direction, and the belief that one small, intentional day can change everything. My story began in chaos: years of addiction, detoxes, loss, and deep regret. But it was also the beginning of something greater. Through recovery, I learned to rebuild my spirit, my career, and my connection to the Creator - and now I want to share those tools with you.
This workbook isn't meant to be read once and set aside. It's designed to be worked through, reflected on, and lived with. Each chapter is short and direct, allowing you to pause, think, and write - helping you form new habits and new ways of seeing yourself. You can read a chapter a day for two weeks and begin developing a rhythm of self-awareness, gratitude, and renewal.
Throughout these pages, I draw from my Ojibwe heritage and the Seven Grandfather Teachings - wisdom, love, respect, honesty, bravery, humility, and truth - but you don't need to be Native to find meaning here. These teachings, like recovery itself, belong to everyone who seeks balance and growth.
