Asa has held various leadership positions, including Director at the Namibian-German Institute for Logistics (NGIL), Associate Professor in Business Management, Head of Department, Acting Head of Department, and Deputy Head of Department at the Namibia University of Science Technology. He has also served as a Senior Lecturer, Associate Dean of Research and Innovation, Managing Consultant at Epic Frontiers CC, and Editor in Chief of the Journal of International Business Research and Marketing. Johanna Pangeiko Nautwima holds a robust academic background which includes her recent completed Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Namibia (2024) and a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India (2018). With extensive work experience, notably as a Regional Development and Regional Integration Consultant at the African Development Bank Group, she has demonstrated economic and business research proficiency, contributing to influential knowledge and projects.
