Dr. Fadi Abdelfattah is an associate professor and department head of Business and Economics Dep at the Modern College of Business and Science in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Dr. Abdelfattah has been published in several indexed international journals. In addition, he has been appointed to the editorial boards and advisory boards of international journals. Dr. Abdelfattah also acquired multiple research grants, supervised many postgraduate students, and served as both an external and an internal examiner for postgraduate students. His research interests in Consumers Behavior; Leadership; Entrepreneurship and Innovation Technology Adoption. Throughout his teaching career, he has taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses. He has led numerous committees and initiatives in his current and past roles. Dr. Aziza Abdallah Al Qamashoui , Assistant Dean, College of Economics and Business Administration (CEBA) University of Technology and Applied Sciences. She holds a PhD Business with Management from the University of Plymouth, UK, and has completed her master’s degree in international accounting and financial management from Glasgow University, UK, after graduating from Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) in Muscat. Dr. Aziza is a Fellow of the Academy of Higher Education in the United Kingdom and a Research Fellow in the Humanities Research Center at SQU. She has been involved in research on various projects funded by The Research Council, Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Oman LNG and OQ Group. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, education, disability, inclusion, innovation, and economic development. She has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and symposiums organized by prestigious universities in the UK, Ireland, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. She is also an esteemed editor for the books Springer Nature, and CRC – Taylor and Francis showcasing her expertise in the field. She has published several high-quality articles in Scopus-indexed journals. With a strong focus on research and technology transfer, Dr. Aziza made significant contributions to the field of business studies in Oman and beyond. Dr. Nasser Salim Nasser Al-Bimani is Assistant Vice-Chancellor, UTAS-A Dr. Nasser, the First Assistant Vice-Chancellor of UTAS-A Musannah, is an accomplished academician, researcher, and scholar with extensive experience as a lecturer, administrative head, Assistant Dean of Academics and Student Affairs, and Quality Assurance Officer. He played a crucial role in developing the university's logo and identity (UTAS-A, 2023). With a PhD from Cardiff Metropolitan University, a master’s from the University of Stirling, and a bachelor’s from Sultan Qaboos University, Dr. Nasser has held various positions at UTAS branches and the Ministry of Manpower since 2007 (UTAS-A, 2023). His significant contributions include serving on the Committee for Recognition of Non-Omani Higher Education Institutions, designing the university's visual identity, chairing the Identity Committee, publishing and reviewing scientific papers, and presenting at SME conferences (UTAS-A, 2023). As the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Nasser's leadership and vision are expected to elevate the university's global reputation and contribute to achieving Oman Vision 2040 (UTAS-A, 2023).
