About the Book

The Permanent Vitality Path: A Strength Based Guide to Goal Achievement is a book that provides you with the G.A.S. to get you to your destination (s) in the most effective and efficient manner. G.A.S. is an acronym which stands for goal achievement simplification. The permanent vitality philosophy is simplified by the utilization and synchronization of the goal achievement wheel (consisting of 5 equally important ingredients), the 7 essential ingredients of human functioning, and 12 essential wisdom gems.

Permanent Vitality represents a growth mindset acronym which will allow you to pursue your best path in life, as well as your best self. At its core, this book highlights the power of recognizing and developing our strengths on a daily basis. This book emphasizes the importance of 3 key areas that impact goal achievement: 1) attention 2) motivation and 3) action; it requires action and commitment to realize what it means to travel the permanent vitality path.

This book is easy to utilize to maximize your odds of accomplishing your goals and dreams; it is fun and interesting because it applies to everyone, as we all have character strengths that we enjoy using, and we all have goals to achieve. This book is worth as much as the commitment and effort that you apply to the principles and assignments presented. Perhaps for you, it may be worth more than can be described monetarily.
