Over the past two decades, he has helped Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing enterprises alike adopt a product mindset to unlock the full value of their data. Sanjay currently serves as senior director of Advanced Analytics and AI at ServiceNow. He is responsible for reimagining how finance teams operate-by embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into core workflows. His team builds scalable data products that drive operational efficiency, elevate decision-making, and enable predictive, intelligent finance functions. Prior to ServiceNow, Sanjay held several leadership roles at Salesforce, most recently as senior director of data and analytics, where he led strategic data initiatives across finance, legal, security, and HR. His team developed high-impact solutions, including enterprise forecasting platforms, AI-powered analytics tools, and automation that collectively saved thousands of hours for engineering and business operations. Under his leadership, data products became essential decision-support tools with clear business value and broad adoption. Earlier in his career at Wells Fargo, Sanjay contributed to financial analytics efforts for a thirty-four-billion-dollar loan portfolio and a forty-billion-dollar deposit portfolio.
