About the Book

Organizations navigate complexity and uncertainty through intelligent project management and business decision-making. By leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time data, these technologies enable teams to accurately predict outcomes, optimize resource allocation, and make faster, evidence-based decisions. AI systems learn and adapt, identifying potential risks before they increase and recommending proactive strategies. As a result, businesses can improve efficiency, reduce costly errors, and maintain a competitive edge in rapidly changing environments. AI-Driven Project Planning, Decision Intelligence, and Risk Management explores how AI enhances project planning by improving forecasting, optimizing resources, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
