First, they called Dr. Powers in for a meeting and relieved him and his wife of their volunteer positions within the church because of it. Then they began a witch hunt looking to identify the author and the young lady behind the name Feral Christian.
The author went underground for a time to hide, concentrate on college work, and revise this book.
