Qué tipo de inteligencia requiere el proceso. La diferencia entre acumulación de comprensión y verdad que reorganiza, la dimensión espiritual del conocimiento interior, y lo que el silencio hace que el análisis no puede hacer.

Qué significa vivir con lo que se ha visto. La ética que surge no de normas externas sino de la coherencia que el reconocimiento exige, y lo que la vida examinada produce en la práctica diaria.

El resultado no es un libro que promete resultados. Es un libro que describe con honestidad por qué los resultados son difíciles, y bajo qué condiciones dejan de ser imposibles.
