Iwona's earliest and most influential exposure to these concepts came while working with exceptional colleagues and project teams in the energy industry, particularly during my time at Woodside Energy in Australia, where structured approaches to framing complex project decisions were actively practiced and refined.
It is important to mention that the concept of Decision Quality (DQ), which is part of the decision analysis, was pioneered by Dr. Ronald A. Howard at Stanford University, with contributions made from scholars such as Howard Raiffa at Harvard and practitioners at the Strategic Decisions Group (SDG).
