About the Book

I'm seventy-two and was raised by a mother and father old enough to be my grandparents. We weren't churchgoers and the subject of God never came up. However, mom taught a bedtime prayer. "Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray to the Lord my soul to keep, if I should die before I awake I pray to the Lord my soul to take." Therefore, belief in a higher power was ingrained into my psyche as a toddler. As I grew older friends would periodically bring up the subject of God. "Yeah, where did God come from? I don't believe any of it." I certainly couldn't answer that question but silently retained my belief. I'm Bob Hall and have authored twenty manuscripts. My primary purpose is to help others suffering through the dark night of the soul, a depression so horrible that hope doesn't exist, at all. I write from experience and guarantee if you read with an open heart, you'll not only heal but also help others understand there is a magnificent beauty in life we have simply forgotten. Always keep in mind that real memory is of a present state of awareness and has nothing to do with an imagined past. Faith is never lacking; we all have faith in something, whether it be truth or illusions. Mary Jo and I were married for twenty years and raised three children. We had grown to become best friends and could finish one another's sentences. The Biblical saying, "The two shall become one", is very true because we'd experienced it. When I was weak, she was strong and when she was weak, I was strong. We complimented one another. Over twenty-four years ago we were on our first cruise celebrating a second honeymoon. We had just tipped champagne glasses after finishing a dance when she collapsed and died at the young age of fourty-three. The compression and decompression of the aircraft caused a blood clot to literally explode her heart. My mind could not fathom what my eyes were witnessing. Horror, disbelief and insane surreality viscously assaulted to the very core of my being. This could not be happening, not here, not now. We truly do not understand how deeply we love until we falsely perceive it's gone. Over the following hours, days, weeks, months, and years myself and others have witnessed paranormal events that can only be explained as miracles. These writings prove far beyond the shadow of doubt the Truth that God Is. Bob
