About the Book

This concise and affordable book was born out of countless messages and questions I received from my thousands of busy readers and subscribers on my website, Substack, Patreon, Medium, and other writing platforms. Over the years, people from different backgrounds, such as students, professionals, lifelong learners, and retirees, have asked me the same thing: How do I keep my brain sharp, resilient, and alive? Do you have a checklist?

Honoring their request, based on my decades of research in cognitive science and personal experimentation, I wrote this short resource from the heart to answer that question clearly, practically, and memorably. It is the book I wish I could hand to everyone who has ever worried about memory lapses, struggled with stress, faced the fear of dementia or Alzheimer's, or just wanted to learn better, become happier, and live more fully with healthy lifestyle choices.

Inside, you will find distilled content:

  • What the brain needs most
  • Why so many of us fail
  • How to fix these gaps

This is not an abstract textbook. Only focusing on the key points, I wrote it as a concise, heartfelt guide based on decades of research into the brain, experimentation with biohacking, and mentoring learners around the world. My purpose is to share the most precise and most valuable lessons I have discovered, so that anyone, regardless of age, culture, or background, can protect and empower their brain.
I decided to make this book available at a minimal price so it can be accessible to everyone globally as a handbook. Brain health and cognitive function should not be a privilege; they should be within reach for all who want to learn, remember, and thrive at any age.

If you are building cognitive reserves to guard against decline, living with diabetes, brain fog, or memory concerns, or seeking clarity in your daily life, this book offers hope and direction. Your brain is your lifelong companion. If you care for it wisely, and it will reward you with clarity, creativity, and resilience at every stage of life.

You will also find 55 memorable takeaways distilled into a practical checklist you can return to when needed for guidance and inspiration.

If this book feels short for you and you need deeper insights, you may explore my other works in cognitive science such as Train the Brain for a Healthier and Happier Life, How I Accelerated My Learning for a Healthier Life, Cortisol Clarity, Cellular Intelligence, Healthspan Mastery, Ketosis + BDNF: The Healing Molecules That Saved My Life, Live Smarter and Thrive Anywhere: Sensible Biohacks That Transformed My Life and Could Change Yours Too.
