About the Book

He broke the chains. Then he broke the world....

A decade ago Darrow led a revolution, and laid the foundations for a new world. Now he's an outlaw.

Cast out of the very Republic he founded, with half his fleet destroyed, he wages a rogue war on Mercury. Outnumbered and outgunned, is he still the hero who broke the chains? Or will he become the very evil he fought to destroy?

In his darkening shadow, a new hero rises.

Lysander au Lune, the displaced heir to the old empire, has returned to bridge the divide between the Golds of the Rim and Core. If united, their combined might may prove fatal to the fledgling Republic.

On Luna, the embattled Sovereign of the Republic, Virginia au Augustus, fights to preserve her precious demokracy and her exiled husband. But one may cost her the other, and her son is not yet returned.

Abducted by enemy agents, Pax au Augustus must trust in a Gray thief, Ephraim, for his salvation.

Far across the void, Lyria, a Red refugee accused of treason, makes a desperate bid for freedom with the help of two unlikely new allies.

Fear dims the hopes of the Rising, and as power is seized, lost, and reclaimed, the worlds spin on and on toward a new Dark Age.

Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects, and cinematic music!

About the Author :
Pierce Brown the New York Times bestselling author of Red Rising, Golden Son, Morning Star, and Iron Gold. His work has been published in thirty-three languages and thirty-five territories. Christopher Tester is an award-winning actor and voice-over artist with a home studio based in London, UK. After three years of classical training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Christopher accidentally became an influencer in his forties, with over 750,000 social media followers. Christopher is comfortable self-directing or working with a director. He has been nominated for thirty awards, winning Best Male at the 2024 VOX Awards. His biggest passions are literary fiction, science fiction, and romantasy, but he also records fantasy, historical fiction, and business titles. He has performed in a range of audio dramas, including the BAFTA-nominated Unsinkable for B7 Media, and has narrated various titles for Graphic Audio. He records dark romance under his pseudonym Grant Armstrong. His love of storytelling stems from theater, where he first experienced the value of an artist expressing feelings that he couldn't articulate himself. He has dedicated himself to that craft ever since. Elena Anderson is a classically trained actor, audiobook narrator, and voice-over artist who specializes in bringing smart, sensitive women (and their stories) to life. Her earnest and trustworthy voice, international upbringing, facility with languages and dialects, and lifelong study of history give her the experiential and technical skills to tackle a variety of genres, with soft spots for speculative fiction, literary fiction, and historical fiction and nonfiction. Elena is passionate about bringing attention to underrepresented experiences, ideas, or events and is dedicated to lifelong learning as both a woman and an artist. Her undergraduate study of history and anthropology, subsequent acquisition of an MFA in acting, and an enduring extracurricular love of astronomy give her a knack for digesting and communicating dense academic material. Thanks to both parents working in the US Foreign Service, Elena grew up traveling the world, has studied multiple languages (particularly French, Spanish, German, and Italian), and has a strong ear for picking up dialects and accents. When she's not working, she enjoys contra dancing, crocheting, playing piano, and sword fighting with friends! She is a certified Actor Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors. She also works as a freelance grant writer, using the power of storytelling to support artists and nonprofit organizations that amplify marginalized voices. With over eighty titles to his name, Stewart Crank has developed a reputation as a solid and reliable voice-over artist, consistently delivering quality audio to his clients. Originally from Lancashire in the North of England, his burgeoning audiobook career has seen him tackle a wide array of genres, from historical fantasy to noir and true crime and most recently a version of Ulysses by James Joyce, widely regarded as the most difficult English language book to read in the world. When not recording, Stewart spends his time rock climbing or slowly making his way through his ever-expanding list of unwatched classic films. Robb Moreira a bilingual audiobook narrator and voiceover artist with over a decade of acting training through the Fame School of the Arts and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He has experience working on IVR, medical training videos, descriptions for the blind, and commercials. He is currently the voice of Pushy the Push Pop in the US and Canada and has worked Off-Broadway. Stephanie Németh-Parker is a SAG-AFTRA audiobook narrator, voiceover artist, and actress with over thirty years of experience. With a voice that has been described as warm and soothing, her versatility and adeptness with accents has enabled her to work on a multitude of projects.
