About the Author :
Chris Trimble, a professor at Dartmouth, is an expert on innovation inside of established organizations. He has coauthored several books, including Beyond the Idea with Vijay Govindarajan, and is the author of How Physicians Can Fix Health Care. Vijay Govindarajan is the Earl C. Daum 1924 Professor of International Business at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and the first professor-in-residence and Chief Innovation Consultant at General Electric. He ranked third in the recent Thinkers 50 list of the greatest management thinkers in the world. Indra K. Nooyi served as CEO and chairman of PepsiCo from 2006 to 2019. Her prescient strategic thinking, insight into consumer behavior, and wisdom on managing a vast, global workforce make her one of the world's most sought-after advisors to entrepreneurs, executives, and governments. She is also revered as a role model for women and immigrants and celebrated for her empowering messages on inclusivity. She has been awarded the Padma Bhushan, India's third-highest civilian honor, the US State Department's award for Outstanding American by Choice, and fifteen honorary degrees. Indra K.
