Boris Groysberg is a professor of business administration in the organizational behavior unit at Harvard Business School. Groysberg is the author of the award-winning book Chasing Stars: The Myth of Talent and the Portability of Performance and coauthor (with Michael Slind) of Talk, Inc.: How Trusted Leaders Use Conversation to Power Their Organizations. Before joining the Harvard Business School faculty, he worked at IBM. Jonathan Todd Ross, a graduate of the NYU/Tisch School of the Arts, has narrated over 120 audiobooks across a wide variety of genres, including fiction, nonfiction, self-help, YA, biography and memoir, children's literature, and romance.
