About the Author :
Barbara L. Fredrickson, PhD, is Kenan Distinguished Professor of Psychology and director of the Positive Emotions and Psychophysiology Laboratory at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jeffrey Brantley, MD, has practiced mindfulness meditation for over thirty years, and his work in medicine and psychiatry has emphasized mindfulness and mindfulness-based interventions to promote individual health and well-being. He is a founding faculty member of Duke Integrative Medicine, and founded the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program at Duke Integrative Medicine in 1998. Jeffrey is the author of Calming Your Anxious Mind and coauthor of the Five Good Minutes(R) series and Daily Meditations for Calming Your Anxious Mind. William Sarris is an accomplished voice actor and narrator. In addition to narrating audiobooks, he has been the voice for radio and TV commercials, e-learning, medical training, online videos, and non-broadcast media. He has done work for Fortune 500 companies like GE, Pfizer, and Unilever as well as consumer brands like Marvin Windows and Doors, Energizer, Pepsi, and Subway. He is based in Connecticut. Benjamin Donnel is a stage actor and certified stage combatant. Benjamin has performed regionally in New England, the Midwest, and the Carolinas. He holds a bachelor's degree in theater from the Eastern Connecticut State University, with a concentration in acting and directing. After years of folks telling him he has a voice for storytelling, he has finally taken his first steps to pursue audiobook narration!
