Dennis Smith, a former New York City firefighter, is the founding editor of Firehouse Magazine and the bestselling author of more than a dozen books, including Report from Ground Zero, Report from Engine Co. 82, and A Song for Mary. He is currently chairman of First Responders Financial Company and lives in New York City. Deirdre Smith is the daughter of former New York City firefighter, author, and U.S. firefighter advocate Dennis Smith. Stephen Hoye has worked as a professional actor in London and Los Angeles for more than thirty years. Trained at Boston University and the Guildhall in London, he has acted in television series and six feature films and has appeared in London's West End. His audiobook narration has won him fifteen AudioFile Earphones Awards. Joyce Bean is an accomplished audiobook narrator and director.
