On the morning of December 27, 1985, primatologist and conservationist Dian Fossey was found dead in her cabin at the Karisoke Research Center in Rwanda. Rather than turning those gaps into a new accusation, the narrative carefully separates confirmed facts, reported claims, allegations, inference, and uncertainty.
