About the Author :

Dr. Abhishek Bhattacharya is Associate Professor at Sister Nivedita University, India. He has completed his Ph.D. (CSE), BIT, Mesra. He is certified as Publons Academy Peer Reviewer, 2020. His research interests are data mining, cyber security, and mobile computing. He has published 55 conference and journal papers in Springer, IEEE, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis, etc. He has 3 book chapters in Taylor & Francis Group EAI. He is Peer Reviewer and TPC Member in different international journals. He was Editor in IEMIS 2020, IEMIS 2018, IEMIS 2022, ICIDA 2022, ICIDA 2023, CIIR 2023 and special issues in IJWLTT. He is Member of several technical functional bodies such as IEEE, IFERP, MACUL, SDIWC, Internet Society, ICSES, ASR, AIDASCO, USERN, IRAN, and IAENG. He has published 3 patents and 15 books.

Dr. Soumi Dutta is Associate Professor at Sister Nivedita University (SNU) at New Town, Kolkata, India. She has completed her Ph.D. (CST), IIEST, Shibpur. She received her B.Tech. (IT) and M.Tech. (CSE) securing 1st position (Gold Medalist), from MAKAUT. She is certified as Publons Academy Peer Reviewer, 2020, and Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, 2020. Her research interests are data mining, information retrieval, online social media analysis, and image processing. She has published more than 40 conference and journal papers in Springer, IEEE, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis, etc. She is Peer Reviewer and TPC Member in different international journals. She is Active Member of several technical functional bodies such as ACM, IEEE, IFERP, MACUL, SDIWC, Internet Society, ICSES, ASR, AIDASCO, USERN, IRAN, and IAENG. She has published 8 patents and 1 copyright. Dr. Soumi Dutta has delivered 37 keynote talks in different international conferences.

Md. Abdur Razzak (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in electrical and electronic engineering (EEE) from the Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), in 1995, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in energy engineering from Nagoya University, Japan, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. He is currently Professor of EEE and Director of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Independent University, Bangladesh, where he has worked as Head of the EEE department, from 2016 to 2018. He has been invited more than 25 national and international conferences and universities as Keynote Speaker. He also served as Expert Member for graduate (M.Sc. and Ph.D.) examination committee in more than 25 universities at home and abroad. He has published more than 185 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He received the Gold Medal from RUET for his B.Sc. degree.

Dr. Samanta works as Program Head and Assistant Professor at the Department of Computing and Information Technologies, Rochester Institute of Technology, Kosovo, Europe. He obtained his Ph.D. in computer science and engg. from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India, in SAR Image Processing. He is keenly interested in interdisciplinary research and development. He has experience spanning fields of SAR image analysis, video surveillance, a heuristic algorithm for image classification, deep learning framework for detection and classification, blockchain, statistical modelling, wireless ad hoc networks, and natural language processing. He has successfully completed six consultancy projects. Under his guidance, four students have accomplished their Ph.D. degrees successfully. He received funding under the International Travel Support Scheme in 2019 for attending the conference in Thailand. He has received a Travel Grant to speak at conferences, seminars, etc., for two years from July 2019. He has presented various papers at international conferences.
