About the Author :

Professor Tan Bo, Ph.D., graduated from China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), is the deputy Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology of China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). He is a registered safety engineer and safety evaluator, and has won the National Coal Youth May Fourth Medal, Coal Youth Science and Technology Award and Yueqi Young Scholar and other honors. In 2021, won the second prize of Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award of universities; In 2020, won the first prize of Green Mine Science and Technology Award; Won the first prize of Science and Technology Award of China Coal Industry Association in 2018; In 2016, he won the third prize of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Award

He has presided over more than 80 key projects and surface projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, national "Tenth Five-Year Plan" research projects, national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" support projects, national science and technology Basic conditions platform construction projects, doctoral program fund projects, national security and coal standards drafting and revision projects and various horizontal cooperation projects;

Gao Liyang graduated from Zhongyuan University of Technology as a bachelor in 2019, Shandong University of Science and Technology as a master in 2022, and China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) as a doctoral candidate in 2022. In 2023, Gao Liyang went to the University of Queensland, Australia as a visiting scholar for one year. His main research direction is mine fire prevention and control. So far, he has published 5 SCI papers, obtained 2 national invention patents, and won the first prize of China Occupational Health Association twice.
