Rayees Farooq is currently an Assistant Professor at Sohar University in Oman and previously a postdoctoral fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in India. He holds a doctorate in knowledge management, with domain interests in counterproductive work behavior and performance management, and methodological interests in bibliometric analysis and scale development. He serves as an Associate Editor for Journal of Managerial Psychology, International Journal of Innovation Science, and PLOS One, all of which are ranked Q1 by Scopus. He also sits on various editorial boards, including Business Process Management Journal, The Learning Organization, and International Journal of Knowledge-Based Organizations. He has published in various international journals such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Management Decision, Business Process Management Journal, Measuring Business Excellence, VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, Ethics & Behaviour, Management Research Review, International Journal of Knowledge Management, Global Knowledge Memory and Communication, and International Journal of Innovation Science, among others.
