About the Author :
Qinghong Shuai, Ph.D., professor, and doctoral supervisor, graduated from National University of Defense Technology. He was the member of the Party Committee of Southwest University of Finance and Economics, and was selected as the first batch of "Guanghua Class A Talents". He also was the director of the Research Center for the integration of Digital Intelligence Business and Digital Reality, and the winner of Sichuan May Day Labor Medal in 2021. And he owns the following title: Member of the E-commerce Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education; Executive Vice Chairman of the National E-commerce Education and Development Alliance (50 Forum); Distinguished researcher of Post-doctoral research Station of the General Payment and Clearing Center of the People's Bank of China; researcher of China UnionPay e-Payment Research Institute; Deputy Secretary General of the National College E-commerce and e-Government Joint Laboratory; the State Administration of Market Regulation E-commerce consulting expert; Ministry of Commerce e-commerce into rural comprehensive demonstration project expert; Head of the national first-class professional construction point of e-commerce; head of the national first-class online course of Internet finance. He has been engaged in research in the field of financial information engineering for a long time, focusing on the construction of financial end-cloud integrated information system. At present, he is mainly engaged in the teaching, scientific research and social service of e-commerce and digital payment, technology finance and supervision, digital economy and management, and focuses on the integration of digital economy and real economy. He chaired and participated in the Research Report on 《Third-party Payment Development》,《China Payment System Development Report》, 《Research on Online Payment and Electronic Banking System》, 《Internet of Things and Financial Payment》, 《Research on Third-party Payment Regulation from the perspective of the Central Bank》,《Research on the Impact of Payment Innovation on Financial System Liquidity》, 《Research on the Impact of Payment Innovation on Financial Stability under Macro-Prudential Supervision》, and 《Research on the Impact of Payment Innovation on Financial Stability》. More than 10 projects, such as Research on Internet Finance Innovation Regulation from the Macro and Micro Perspective, National Natural Science Foundation, National Social Science Foundation, Ministry of Education Social Science Fund, People's Bank of China, China UnionPay, etc. He has published more than 30 articles in 《Journal of Management World》, 《Journal of Sichuan University》, 《Journal of Southwest University for Nationalities》, 《Electronic Commerce》, 《Network Security Technology and Application》, 《Payment and Clearing Communication》, 《China Financial Computer》, 《Computer Science》,《Financial Science》and so on.
