About the Book

This book explores how organizations can proactively reimagine their learning strategies along with technological advancements. Authored by prominent thinkers, practitioners, and academics, this book balances theoretical perspectives with real-world examples, providing readers with tools to build holistic and human-centric learning ecosystems amid digital acceleration. Part 1 illustrates how organizations can create future-ready (physical, virtual, and spiritual) spaces where learning is a shared experience rooted in mutual meaning-making, collaboration, and exploration. Topics include designing communal spaces for collaboration and innovation, fostering meaningful conversations that expand knowledge capacities and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance human insight. Part 2 focuses on purposeful engagement and edutainment, examining how storytelling, gamification, design thinking, and playful discovery can transform learning experiences.
