About the Author :

Du Yanliang

Doctor, Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor. He serves as Director of the Institute of Urban Intelligent Transportation and Safe Operation & Maintenance at Shenzhen University, Executive Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Green Long-life Pavement Engineering in Extreme Environments, Chairman of the Academic Committee of the State Key Laboratory for TBM and Intelligent Operation & Maintenance, and Director of the Technical Committee of the National Engineering Research Center for Digital Construction and Evaluation Technology of Urban Rail Transit.

His research focuses on intelligent transportation and safety operation and maintenance. He has received two Special Prizes, one First Prize and three Second Prizes of the National Award for Science and Technology Progress, as well as one First Prize and four Second Prizes of the National Teaching Achievement Award. His honors include National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent, Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress, National Distinguished Teacher, and the highest-level Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award.

Chen Kui

Doctor, Professor-level Senior Engineer, senior specialist in tunnel construction technology and equipment, recipient of the Special Government Allowance from the State Council, Foreign Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. He is an expert of the National Science and Technology Award Expert Database, National Torch Program Expert Database, and the Expert Database of the High-Tech Research and Development Center of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as a review expert for key national research projects.

He was former Executive Director of the State Key Laboratory of Tunnelling and Underground Engineering Technology, and currently holds a distinguished professorship at Shandong University. He has long devoted himself to the research and innovation of tunnel construction technology and equipment. He has presided over and participated in nine national research projects, including the National 863 Program, National 973 Program, international cooperation projects and projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Wang Jiangka

Professor-level Senior Engineer, recipient of the Special Government Allowance from the State Council. He is currently General Manager of the Production Supervision Center of China Railway Group Limited and Chief Expert of China Construction Enterprise Management Association.

He has long been committed to the research and engineering application of shield and TBM technologies with outstanding research achievements. He headed the NDRC-sponsored project entitled "Construction and Demonstration Application of Big Data Intelligent Analysis and Public Service Platform for Urban Underground Space Engineering", which greatly promotes the intelligent upgrading of urban underground space construction.
