About the Book

​This two-volume set (CCIS 1159 and CCIS 1160) constitutes the proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Bio-inspired Computing: Theories and Applications, BIC-TA 2019, held in Zhengzhou, China, in November 2019. The 121 full papers presented in both volumes were selected from 197 submissions.
