Pascal Quignard ou le fonds du monde examine la poétique et l’esthétique de l'oeuvre quignardienne tout en esquissant ses parentés avec la pensée contemporaine, proposant une analyse qui dialogue avec les travaux critiques déjà parus. Pascal Quignard s’impose comme l’un des grands écrivains contemporains. About the Author :
Jean-Louis Pautrot, Ph.D. est Professeur de français et d’études internationales à Saint Louis University, Missouri. Il a publié La Musique oubliée (Droz, 1994) et un certain nombre d’essais sur la littérature contemporaine et le cinéma. Il a préparé l’anthologie The André Hodeir Jazz Reader (U of Michigan Press, 2004), ainsi que des numéros d’Etudes françaises (2004) et de L’Esprit Créateur (2007).
