Dr. M.S. Pathania, University Librarian, Dr.Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Solan is M.Sc. (Chem.), M.Lib.Sc. & Ph.D. (Lib. & Inf. Sc.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has contributed significantly in the development of In-house databases on Horticulture and Forestry. He has been responsible for introducing the Wi-Fi Technology in Satyanand Stokes Library which is the first SAU Library that has been converted into a Wi-Fi Library. His creative work has been the development of a Phoenix Schedule in Forestry Classification. He has contributed a number of papers in IUFRO World Conferences besides being a Resource Person in number of Conferences/ Trainings/Seminars. He has been Chairman/Member/ Professional Expert of number of Committees of ASRB & other Universities in the country. Dr. K. Veeranjaneyulu is the University Librarian at Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad. He has a distinguished academic career to his credit. He was a gold medalist in BLISc. and MLISc. from S.V. University, Tirupati. He pursued M.Com, MLISc., BGL., and Ph.D., from the same University. He also possesses PGDLAN and a Diploma in Software applications. He assumed editorial responsibility to many professional journals. He had written and edited more than 15 books and contributed about 97 articles. He has attended and contributed papers at many conferences and seminars. He is a life member of ILA, IATLIS, IASLIC, AALDI, FIC, APLA and ALSD. He is presently Treasurer of "Association of Agricultural Librarians and Documentalists of India (AALDI ), Chief Editor of Indian Journal of Agricultural Librarians & Information Services (IJALIS) and CCPI, e-Granth Project. He have been awarded with the "USSHLE-IJILIS-Param Bhusan Dr. B.B. Shukla Millennium Award for Excellence in Library & Information Science & International Human Understanding" for the 2007. I.V.Malhan, Head, DLIS and Dean, School of Mathematics, Computers & Information Science, CUHP, Dharmshala (H.P.). He holds M.Lib.Sc. (Gold Medalist) and Ph.D. from the Punjab University, Chandigarh and had a teaching and research experience of more than thirty years at the Panjab University, Chandigarh and at the University of Jammu. He visited eleven countries published about hundred papers in Indian and foreign journals and conference volumes. He authored and edited eight books that are published in India and abroad. He organized a National Conferences and also organized several short training courses and workshops for library and information professionals. He is recipient of many awards in the field of LIS. He is a life member of several professional associations viz., IATLIS, IAALD, SLA etc. He is a member of UGC National Committee on Electronic Submission of Theses and dissertations.
