With over 24 years of experience in management education, Sameer, a master’s degree holder, has set up and run institutes in India and London, UK. He has worked with programme participants from 52 countries and worked with top-ranked British, American and European universities. Sameer has worked with various national and multinational corporations in training and developing their top/middle-level management as a part of the management programmes delivered by his institution. Sameer is the Founder Director and Program Leader for IGL, India, which is established in association with IGL, USA. Sameer is a certified trainer from Zig Ziglar Corporation and has conducted many high-quality training programmes and has also successfully coached leaders within organizations to reach their optimum best and achieve their goals. Sameer uses a transformational approach to coaching and training and has undergone an ontological coach training programme from the world’s leading ontological coach training institute—The Newfield Network, USA. Sameer has done several training, coaching and consulting projects with organizations of different industries and varying sizes. Some of his clients include Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, John Deere, BMC Software, Cosmos Co-operative Bank, Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd (The Times of India Group), Allscripts, Persistent Systems, Amdocs, Tech Mahindra, Dana, Cargill, Cognizant, among many others. Sameer gets constant invitations to speak as a keynote speaker, and regularly speaks at business off-sites, industry consortiums and business clubs and was also recently invited to a TEDx talk in Mumbai, India, where he spoke on declaring breakdowns. Sameer was an advisor to a top-ranked and a leading business school in Asia. Sameer was the Founding Chairman of the Bangalore Chapter of the Higher Education Forum and also the Vice Chairman of the Emerging Presidents’ Group. In accordance with his purpose to positively impact millions of people around the world, Sameer set up the Gift Your Organ Foundation. As the Founder and Chief Catalyst of the Gift Your Organ foundation, Sameer’s vision is that there will be no deaths in India for the want of organs. The Gift Your Organ Foundation works with the Karnataka government and the Maharashtra government and is the first organization in the country to have introduced the Green Heart Driver’s Licence, which is having an organ donation option on the driver’s licence.
