Sanjeeva Rao A, IRSEE, PGPPM, PMP, CEng, LLB, is an officer of Indian Railway Services in Electrical Engineering (IRSEE), he is an accomplished and highly skilled project management professional with a Wealth of experience in various sectors. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. His educational qualifications include a Post-Graduation from the renowned Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, as well as the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University, New York, USA. Additionally, he has completed a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune. With over 22 years of work experience, he has made significant contributions in various organizations, including DISCOM, ONGC, Railways, RVNL (Projects). He has served as a Project Director for many Railway construction projects.He has trained about 2,000 railway working officials having field experience of 3 years to 20 years on Project Management. Further, he has designed, developed & conducted exclusive customized programs on Project Management for the working officials of M/s Mazagon Dock Shipbuilder Ltd, NPCIL, RITES, IRCON, RVNL, REMCL, RAITEL, KRCL etc., His expertise extends to handling high-value contracts, estimation, bidding, contract management, and overall project management responsibilities. He has successfully managed projects from their inception to closure, ensuring their smooth execution and completion. His strong background in finance, combined with his project management skills, enables him to effectively manage project budgets and financial aspects. In addition to his project management qualifications, He is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i2.0 & EQ-360) interpretation by MHS, Canada.
