About the Author :
Marc Levy (Boulogne-Billancourt, Francia, 1961) con 18 años se unió a la Cruz Roja donde estuvo colaborando durante 6 años mientras Administración e Informática en la Universidad Paris Dauphine. En 1984 fue a vivir a Estados Unidos y funda una empresa especializada en imagen digital. A los 29 años regresó a París y empezó desde cero, fundando con dos amigos una empresa que se convertirá en una de las primeras firmas de arquitectura de oficinas en Francia. Su vida cambia cuando, a los treinta y nueve años, escribe un libro para su hijo, Ojalá fuera cierto, que conoce un éxito inmediato tanto en Francia como en el extranjero, y en 2005 fue llevada al cine por Dreamworks. Desde entonces Marc Levy ha escrito otras 17 novelas. Traducido a 49 idiomas, es el autor francés más leído del mundo, y las ventas de todos sus títulos suman más de 42 millones de libros vendidos.
