About the Book

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION The life of Isabel II as told by herself; a fictional autobiography that tells of her lovers, her loves, and the palace intrigues... Forced to marry a man who would prefer not to be male, and with all of the carnal urges that are not permitted for a woman, young Isabel becomes an elusive woman. This is the story of a woman who made love her profession, and who lived for pleasure. It is the story of forbidden passion. Lascivious and political: the end of a Spain, between revolutions from afar that are seen as they approach, and other, more intimate, intense, and unusual ones, which come unexpectedly. This is the story of Isabel II, the first and last Bourbon queen, told in her own voice.

Review :
